    • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Shipping Carriers

International Shipping

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@toboje.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
